Our defending sessions will help you as players develop the core skills required when looking at stopping the opposition from scoring.

As much as attacking and scoring goals is vital to the game, keeping the ball out of the net is just as important.

Improve your jockeying, positioning and tactical thinking with our sessions, as we coach our players how not to dive into the tackle too early and be ready on their toes and not flat-footed.

Pro Peaks is fantastic. Our son has enjoyed many hours of football training with the team at Pro Peaks, and what a great way to motivate kids with sport, teach them to win, to lose, to support others and to strive to be the best they can.
